All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Burst of Arabia.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Burst of Arabia is formed only once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud;
  • pricing or typographical errors;
  • stock availability;
  • payment issues;
  • suspected resale activity;
  • violation of these Terms.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • handcrafted manufacturing;
  • polishing and finishing;
  • photography and lighting;
  • screen and monitor settings;
  • gemstone characteristics;
  • manufacturing tolerances.

Minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions, engraving placement, chain length or stone appearance do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Product dimensions and weights are approximate.

4. Gemstones and Materials

Burst of Arabia is committed to accurately describing all materials used in our jewellery.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • diamonds sold by Burst of Arabia are genuine natural diamonds or laboratory-grown diamonds;
  • coloured birthstones offered for personalisation are premium cubic zirconia selected for their brilliance, durability and resemblance to natural gemstones;
  • cubic zirconia birthstones are not natural gemstones.

Where natural gemstones, laboratory-grown gemstones, moissanite or any other gemstone is used, this will be clearly stated.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the terms of service and understood the materials used in your jewellery.

5. Custom and Personalised Jewellery

Many of our products are made to order or personalised according to customer specifications.

Because personalised jewellery is manufactured specifically for each customer:

  • personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun;
  • personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded except where required by applicable law or where a manufacturing defect exists.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all spelling, dates, initials, names and other personalisation details submitted during checkout are accurate.

Burst of Arabia shall not be responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, all gold jewellery sold by Burst of Arabia is crafted in 18-karat gold (750 fineness). Variations in gold colour (yellow, white or rose gold) result from chemical compositions and finishing process and do not affect the purity of the gold.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency and may change without prior notice.

Taxes, customs duties, import charges and other governmental fees are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Although we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, occasional errors may occur.

If an incorrect price has been published due to technical or human error, Burst of Arabia reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

7. Payment

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment begins.

We reserve the right to refuse any payment method or payment transaction that appears fraudulent or unauthorised.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Burst of Arabia remain our exclusive property.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • logos;
  • trademarks;
  • graphics;
  • website design;
  • videos;
  • text;
  • artwork;
  • branding;
  • software;
  • marketing materials.

No content from our website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:
