If, upon receiving your order, you find that it does not meet your satisfaction, please notify us within 8 hours by email or via WhatsApp. We are committed to addressing any concerns or making necessary adjustments to meet your preferences.Β Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Once the jewelry is made, it cannot be returned. However, minor changes will be possible to ensure client satisfaction. Please note that returns and refunds are not possible.

Post Purchase Policy

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer the following post-purchase policy:

  1. Free Repair within 1 Month: If your jewelry breaks within 1 month from the date of purchase, we will repair it free of charge. Simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item for repair.

  2. Repair After 1 Month: After the initial 1-month period, we still offer repair services for your jewelry. However, a minimum fee of AED 200 will apply, depending on the extent of the damage. This fee covers the cost of delivery and repair services. Please note that the client is responsible for paying these fees if they choose to have their jewelry repaired with us.
