At Burst of Arabia, we strive to deliver your custom jewelry orders quickly and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

  1. Next Day Delivery (UAE Only): We offer next day delivery service within Dubai for a flat fee of AED 50. To qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM UAE local time. This ensures that your jewelry arrives promptly when you need it most.

  2. Standard Complimentary Delivery (UAE only): For customers within Dubai, we also offer complimentary standard delivery, which typically takes 1-2 days to arrive. This service is provided at no extra cost to you, offering convenience and affordability.

  3. International Delivery

    We offer international shipping through FedEx to the following regions:

    • GCC, UK, USA, and Australia: Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 working days from the UAE.

    Returns & International Orders

    Due to shipping logistics and costs, returns are not possible. For international clients, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order if you have any questions or special requests. Our team is here to help ensure a smooth and informed experience.

How do I track my package?

To track a package, the customer can request the tracking instructions after you've placed an order.

What if I need to change my order's shipping address?

For address changes, customers are required to contact us at: contact@burstofarabia.com immediately with the order number and the changes needed. If it is something we can do and the order is not yet processed or shipped, we will accommodate as best we can. We do not guarantee that such changes can be made.

Receipt
We do NOT include a receipt with the box to accompany the gift. The gift giver receives an email confirmation/receipt upon placing an order.

Incorrect Information and Liability
At Burst of Arabia, we prioritize accurate and timely delivery of your orders. However, it is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that all information provided upon placing an order, including the delivery address, is correct and complete.

1. Client Responsibility:
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, Burst of Arabia is not liable for any losses or delays that occur as a result. The accuracy of the delivery address is the responsibility of the client, and any issues arising from incorrect information will not be covered by us.

2. Non-Refundable Policy:
In the event that a parcel is lost due to the provision of incorrect delivery information, Burst of Arabia will not issue refunds. Instead, we will provide proof of delivery to the address specified at the time of order placement.

3. Client's Investigation Duty:
Once proof of delivery is shared, it is the client's responsibility to investigate and locate their parcel. Burst of Arabia will not undertake the search for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses as per the client's information.
